Return of products for refund is not available after purchase.

We can offer a replacement product if the product you have received is not the product you purchased, if it has been damaged in transit, or it is faulty.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received.
